Though there are a variety issues we each face, I believe we all have the ability to live a more abundant life. It is my goal to assist clients in discovering the path best suited for them to resolve past and present issues. I highly value providing a non-judgmental, encouraging, and safe space where individuals can discuss their story, while working towards healing and growth. I implement a variety of counseling approaches including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. As we each have a story that is unique and personal, sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each client. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who suffer from TRAUMA, ABUSE, GRIEF & LOSS, ADDICTION, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, and RELATIONAL ISSUES.
