Counseling Theory:

My heart is to help those who are hurting, confused, or feeling hopeless. Going to counseling is a new experience for some my intention is to create an empathetic environment for clients new or experienced. Allowing them to relax and feel safe while working through life’s tough stuff.  Utilizing an integration of counseling techniques that include CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), narrative therapy, and strength based therapy, we will work together toward wholeness and healing in your life.

My prior experience includes working in many different settings that include a community mental health clinic, private clinic and church clinic.  I have a passion for working with those who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief and loss.  Also, I have been certified in the SYMBIS assessment for premarital counseling and marital issues.
