who are our wellness partners?

At A New Life Christian Counseling, your entire well-being (emotionally, mentally, relationally, spiritually, and physically) is very important to us! Multiple studies* confirm that physical exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep are all significant factors in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and chronic stress. Many of our clients who struggle with common mental health concerns demonstrate marked improvement when also addressing the physical "building blocks" or "foundation" of their overall well-being, through improving their exercise, nutrition, and sleep.

While each of our counselors, interns, and specialists focus on your emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual well-being, we value our partnership with other, trusted, like-minded, and Christ-centered individuals and organizations who focus on the importance of your physical well-being, in order to support and supplement your work in counseling!
