2. The Power of Mindfulness
Explore associated thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to grief while learning evidence-based ways to cope with grief
3. The Power of Expression
Express grief using various art forms including but not limited to poetry, video, song, mosaic, drawing and painting, etc.
